A Christmas cookie favourite in my family. These chewy oatmeal cookies with brightly coloured gum drops will disappear quickly.

Cream butter and both sugars together. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl, add all of the dry ingredients. Mix together all of the ingredients. Add in the oats, then the jujubes. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and harden up for 5 min before lifting off the baking sheet. Can be stored in the freezer easily.
