Gumbo with chicken, ham and shrimp
Place chicken in large pot with bouillon and water and simmer till tender. Cool and remove meat and skin from bones. Chop chicken. Chill broth and remove chicken fat. Return chicken to broth and add, tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, okra and spices. Simmer several hours. Add ham and shrimp just before serving and heat till shrimp is hot. Serve with rice if desired. Add 2teaspoons of filet powder if desired.
