In a medium mixing bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, the 2 Tablespoons yogurt,feta cheese, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into four ? inch thick oblong patties. If sticky, use wet hands to shape.
Grill or broil for 14-18 minutes (160F), turning halfway. Serve in pitas with cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and yogurt.
