Suggest a better description-boil 1 packet chings hakka noodles in 10 cup of water (first boil the water then add noodles), add 1/2 tbsp oil so the noodles don't stick
-after noodles are boiled (4-5 mins), remove water and put them under running water
-in a pan, add oil, garlic, onion, carrots, salt, red peppers and saute, add water if you like
-add the noodles and toss them using 2 large spoons..add Schezwan sauce..1 tbsp, soy sauce 1 tbsp, salt and pepper and mix everything..
-add vinegar at end
