Coat a 9 x 13 pan with cooking oil or spray.
Either cube the halibut (if using for an appetizer) or cut into 8 pieces (main dish). You don't want the pieces to be too thick.
Mix all of the rest of the ingredients (except for the parmesan cheese) in a bowl.
Spread over the halibut and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 7-15 minutes at 450 F or until the halibut flakes.
