Place filets in shallow baking pan. Add butter, wine garlic salt and pepper.
Bake 6-7 minutes. Do NOT overbake.
Cheese Dill Sauce
Combine sour cream, cheese, garlic and dill in sauce pan over low heat.
Simmer until cheese melts.
Remove fish from oven; top with sauce and shrimp.
