Place Halibut on grill set at medium high temperature. Grill , turning once, until fish flakes easily about 8 to 10 minutes.
While the fish is on the grill, melt the butter until it turns a little brown, add spices , mix well, then add whipping cream. Stir constantly until bubbly. Add capers to sauce. Stir for about 30 seconds then pour over the grilled Halibut and serve
For thicker creamier sauce boil the sauce for several minutes until it starts to thicken before adding the capers.
