Suggest a better description1. Brown meat and onion in a skillet. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt and garlic powder over meat. Stir in tomato sauce, carrot and olives. Cover; cook slowly 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. On a lightly floured board, roll each biscuit to make a 4-inch circle. Press each into a greased muffin cup to fit snugly. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove biscuit cups from pan immediately. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Cut 3-inch circles from cheese slices. Cut each to make a pumpkin face. Chop cheese scraps and stir into meat mixture until partially melted. Place some meat mixture in each biscuit cup. Top with a cheese face. Return to oven just until cheese begins to melt, about 3 minutes.
