Cut rolls in half put bottoms in a pan lined with parchment paper and spread mayo over bottoms. Place ham on top, the place cheese on top of the ham. Put tops back on rolls.
Melt the butter and mix it, the brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds all together and pour over the rolls.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.
