Try this Ham and cheese Omelet - microwave recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better descriptionSpray pan inside microwave omelet mold and then add liquid eggs being care full not to fill over 50% on each side. Sprinkle in cheese and microwave for 60 seconds, may need to add 15-20 seconds- eggs may be a little runny. Add diced ham, a little more cheese and spices to taste. Microwave 20 seconds - may need more depending on microwave. If the eggs look cheesy and not runny fold the mold in half quickly and return to the microwave, set for 25 seconds. Watch carefully as the omelet will swell as it cooks and you may need to pause to allow it to shrink. Open the mold checking for doneness with a fork, it should be firm in most spots. Serve with Ham or Bacon.
