Heat oven to 375. Unroll dough and press to bottom and 1" on side of 13x9 baking dish. Prick all over with a fork.
Bake 7-9 minutes, until dough is set
Beat eggs and pour into dough-lined pan. Add ham, bell pepper, and cheese
Bake 17-22 minutes until eggs are set and crust browns.
