Simple and tasty snack to make for Lunch or for haste.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, while the pan is heating up, crack 3 large eggs into a bowl and beat until satisfied.
pour a half (a third if making 3 sandwhichs)of the egg mixture into the pan and let it fry on a medium heat, while the egg yolk is frying sprinkle some salt and pepper to your own taste let it sit untill it is solid enough to be flipped and fryed quickly on the other side.
repeat with the next half (third if making 3 sandwhichs)until you have 2 (3 if making 3 sandwhichs) large circle shaped omellete eggs.
you may need to heat more oil in the pan between each frying process.
set on a plate to the side or somewhere to keep warm.
Cut all the crusts off the bread (not required)
Divide the ham into 3 portions
add 3 slices of ham to each slice of bread then fold into shape and add the already fryed eggs onto the ham. (this gives the bread a slight flavour of ham to one slice of bread and a flavour of egg to the other slice)
now take another slice of bread and sandwhich the egg between the ham and bread and repeat. (if your using 6 slices of bread it will be 2 slices of bread to a sandwhich.)
(this part is optional but i prefer it sliced into triangles)
once all the sandwhichs are made stack ontop of each other and slice from corner to corner.
and finally, Serve with any Crisps.
Enjoy!
