Combine ham and butter in 8 inch round dish. Cover with wax paper and cook at high 2-3 minutes, stir once. Combine cream cheese and milk; blend into eggs, salt and pepper. Add to ham. Cook, covered, at medium 5-6 minutes, or until eggs are almost set; stir twice. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
