Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter, blend in flour, salt, pepper, mustard. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in ham and Swiss cheese. Cook and drain noodles. Mix everything together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees about 20 minutes.
