Spray 9X13 cake pan with pam. Slice buns and fill with ham and cheese. Place top bun back on sandwiches. Combine last 5 ingredients. Bring this to boil, let it cool and then drizzle on top of sandwiches filled with ham and cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more.
