Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 1 quart baking dish. Saute ham, onion and tarragon in 1 tablespoon margarine until ham is browned and onion is tender. Stir in soup, water, noodles and green beans. Turn into a baking dish. Lightly brown crumbs, garlic and paprika in remaining tablespoon margarine; sprinkle over top of ham mixture.
