Place Swiss cheese in the bottom of the
unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle broccoli, ham, and onions. Mix
eggs, half & half, salt, and flour together. Pour into pie shell. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a knife blade comes out clean
when inserted in middle.
Can also be frozen before baking. Wrap in foil, label, and cover in plastic wrap. When ready to bake, thaw overnight and bake as above. Or from frozen, bake covered for 2 hours at 400 and 1 hour uncovered at 350 or until cooked thoroughly.
