Mix ingredients. Shape into small loaves approximately 3-4 ounces per serving per loaf. Keep hand moist to prevent the mixture sticking to hands. Bake at 350 degree F for 2 hours. Glaze the last 45 minutes and do this several times.
The original recipe called for putting the mixture in loaf pans, but when serving for big crowd, we made small individual loaves. these can be frozen or completely baked and then thawed later when needed.
