Cook Celery & Onion in Butter till tender but not brown.
Add Crumbs, Milk, Mustard and Curry.
Stir and cook about one minute, remove from heat.
Blend in Egg.
Stir in Ham.
When cooled enough to work with, shape into patties (makes about six) and place flat on large platter or waxed paper. Refrigerate for several minutes to get the patties firm.
Remove from refrigerator and brown in hot oil.
Combine Jelly & one or two Tbs. of Water; heat, stirring till Jelly has melted. Serve over browned patties.
