Ham Roll-Ups
Soften cream cheese (can microwave in small bowl on HIGH until softened, 10 to 15 seconds; or let stand at room temperature until softened). Stir in Cheddar cheese, green onions mustard.
Spread mixture on ham slices. Roll ham from narrow end. Cut each roll into 4 pieces; secure with toothpick. Place on paper towels on turntable or large dinner plate and microwave at HIGH for45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
It is not necessary to microwave at all.
