Place the tortillas on the board and top with a half shredded lettuce. Place the pepper and cucumber sticks down the side of each tortilla, facing them in the same direction. Scattered carrots at the top with the ham. Drizzle with the dress in, season and top the rest of the lettuce.
Fold the bottom of each wrap in wards to stop the filling falling out, then roll up fairly tightly and wrap in foil baking parchment chill until needed
