A good way to use the leftover ham from your holiday meal.
Put chopped ham into blender, 1/2 cup at a time. Cover, blend 5 seconds, stir, blend until all is chopped fine. Repeat with each 1/2 cup. Remove to bowl and add all other ingredients. Chill.
Really good on crackers or small buns.
