Mix potatoes, onion, and ham in greased casserole pan.
Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Cook sauce until smooth over medium heat. Pour into casserole pan over potatoes and mix well. Bake for 1.5 - 2 hours at 375F.
