Wash lettuce and tomato then place on paper towles to dry. Grate cheese, then shred lettuce and slice the tomato and place back on the paper towles until ready to use. Lay tortillas on a clean bench or lunch wrap and place a slice of ham on each one then cheese and tomato then top with the shredded lettuce, season to taste with salt and pepper then squirt or dollop mayonaise over all and roll up.
