Suggest a better descriptionSpray a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and mustard powder. Add ham, frozen vegetables, pepper and croutons. Mix until every crouton is saturated.
Pour into prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze.
To cook: Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove plastic wrap and foil, and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is cooked through. Serves 8 to 10.
