Beef Cheese Crockpot Dip Salsa Taco seasoning
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain off the fat. Add the garlic powder and taco seasoning with 1/2 C. of water. Mix well and pour into a small crock pot. Mix in the salsa and the cubed Velveeta. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted. Add the green chilies. Leave to simmer on low. Serve with tortilla chips.
