From my late mother's copy of "Favorite Recipes of the Aetna Girls," August, 1975 [Toledo, Ohio]. This recipe submitted by Roseann Croop, Underwriting Dept. [N. B.: I have not made this recipe.]
Brown stick of oleo in skillet, stir as it burns easily. Use broth or boullion [sic] cube to keep it moist. Add ground potatoes, onions & hamburg. Last, add 4 slices bread broken up. Put in greased casserole, bake 1 hr. at 300 degrees.
[Note this is copied verbatim from 1975 text, and I have not made it.]
