Easy one pot quick dinner. Ingredients usually on hand.
1.) Cook the ground beef in a deep skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink in the middle. Drain the grease and return meat to the pan.
2.) Reduce heat to low and add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce, garlic, onion powder, seasoned salt, macaroni and beef broth to the pan. Stir well to combine.
3.) Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until the macaroni is cooked through.
4.) Add sour cream and stir to combine. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
5.) Serve.
