Combine 1 cup Bisquick and milk. Roll on floured board to form crust.
Cook beef and onions until meat is done. Add seasonings and some bisquick to absorb juices. Spread in pan.
Beat eggs and mix in cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 375.
