Boil the peeled & cubed potatoes until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Brown the hamburger in a pan and drain any excess grease. Combine cooked potatoes, cream of chicken soup and cooked hamburger in the pan you used to cook the hamburger. Mix together and season to taste. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a round baking dish or pie pan. Spoon hamburger and potatoes mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture. Place 2nd crust over the top and crimp the edges. Cook in preheated 400(F) degree oven until crust is golden brown, approximately 20-30 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
