Suggest a better descriptionTake sliced potatoes and par cook them in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes and drain
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Season beef with usual seasonings
In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef then remove and drain fat
In a medium bowl combine soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper
Spray 11 X 7 baking dish with cooking spray
Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture and meat in baking dish
Bake approximately 25 minutes
Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese
Continue baking about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted
