3. Drain well & place in pie shell.
4. Saute onions & mushrooms in butter & sherry.
5. Place atop ground beef in shell.
6. Layer w/Swiss & American cheeses.
7. Add spinach souffle
8. Bake, covered 45 minutes.
9. Uncover & bake an additional 10 minutes.
