Brown hamburger and add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, green beans and corn. Add enough water to stock pot to cover. Cook until vegetabales are tender. Add peas, tomatoes, and juice. Add red kidney beans and 2 handfuls elbow macaroni. The macaroni will thicken the soup. Turn off stove and put lid on the soup. Let stand until macaroni has cooked itself.
