Brown feef and onion in pan. Drain well and sit aside. In pan, add butter to melt, then add flour and mix well. Add beef broth and sour cream and stir until well blended. Let thicken. Add beef and onions to the pan and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
