Good main dish. Can substitute ground turkey.
Brown meat in half the butter.
Add remaining butter, onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper to meat.
Saute until onions are gold and tender.
Add worcestershire sauce.
Stir in flour, and then add chili sauce.
Just before serving, add in sour cream.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
