Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain all except 1.5 tsp fat. Saute mushrooms and onions until tender. Meanwhile, cook rotini. Mix flour, bouillon, sherry, worcestershire sauce and spices; add to mushrooms and cook until thick. Stir in cooked ground beef and stir over low feat til heated through. Remove from heat; stir in yogurt and lemon juice and noodles.
