MEXICAN-1 tb chili powder, 1/2 ts ground cumin, 1/2 ts onion powder, 1/4 ts garlic powder, 1/4 ts salt, 2 oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced into 4 pieces. ITALIAN-1-1/4 ts Italian seasoning, 3/4 ts garlic powder, 1/2 ts onion powder, 1/4 ts salt, 2 oz mozzarella sliced in 4 pieces. GREEK-1-1/2 ts onion powder, 1 ts dried crushed oregano, 1/2 ts garlic powder, 1/4 ts pepper, 2 oz Feta (crumble cheese and sprinkle with 1 tb lemon juice).
