Heat oil in large pan
Fry meat patties.
While they are cooking slice the tomato and lettuce. Cut and butter the rolls and add sauce.
Once the patties have finished cooking place the meat on the sauced side of the roll. Top with cheese, beetroot, pineapple, tomato, lettuce and the top of the roll.
If you're feeling indulgent you can add fried eggs.
