1. Sprinkle beef with Accent, 3/4 tsp. salt & pepper. Toss gently with fork.
2. Shape into 4 patties.
3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in fry pan & brown patties on both sides.
4. Remove patties from pan. Put all remaining ingredients, except the tomatoes, patties & remaining salt , in pan & cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes, patties & remaining salt to pan & cook slowly for 15 minutes.
