Sprinkle generously on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush with oil on both sides.
Put on hot grill for 5 minutes.
Flip and brush top with melted butter. Add buns to grill.
Cook burger 3 minutes and add jalapeño cheese.
As soon as it’s melted take burgers off grill.
Serve with white onion or sweet onion, lettuce and mayo
