Place ground beef, tarragon, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties. Place about 2 tbsp of the blue cheese on 6 of the patties; top with remaining patties. Press edges to seal. Heat grill. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Grill 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Brush both sides of bread slices with oil. Place around edges of grill; grill 1-2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve hamburgers on grilled bread.
