Suggest a better descriptionFiz uma pasta com a cebola, alho e a salsa e envolvi na carne, juntando depois 2 colheres de chá de molho inglês (acho que abusei um pouco nisto, devia ter posto só uma).
Bacon a grelhar sem nada, deixando aquela gordura perfeita para cozinhar a carne (obrigado pela sugestão Quase). Não mexi na carne enquanto grelhava, virei apenas.
No final da confecção e já de lume apagado derreti o queijo e tostei o pão.
