1. Mix flour and baking powder together using a whisk to add air.
2. Melt the butter. In a different bowl or shaker mix yogurt, milk, eggs, and melted butter together. Add this mixture to flour and baking powder and shortly mix. Don't worry about pieces at this point, they will dissolve on the pan.
3. Heat up a big nonstick pan and add a bit of oil once hot. With small ladle put a circle about 6-7 cm big on it. Create more pancakes on the pan. They will rise a bit and create air bubbles. When these pop and small craters are visible, it's time to turn. Fry from the other side till its golden on the first side.
4. Continue till you use up all the mixture. Add jam or whatever you like.
