Perfect every time
Mix together dry ingredients, honey, and most of the oil in stand mixer.
Slowly add the warm water, and knead 8-10 minutes.
Lift out the dough, drizzle remaining oil....put dough back in the bowl and coat with oil.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled.
Press out air bubbles and place into bread pan (or make rolls) and let rise again.
Place into a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Brush with butter once removed from the oven
