Preheat Oven to 375°F
In a medium bowl, combine fruits, orange juice, and cinnamon and stir. Set aside.
Press 3/4 c. Oats onto bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
Bake 15 min @ 375°F
In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add combined flour, 3/4 c. oats, and 1/2 tsp apple pie spice. Beat until crumbly.
Spread fruit, and butter/oat mixture evenly over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge.
Pat down lightly and bake another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely and cut into bars—store loosely covered.
Use whichever dried fruits or nuts you want!
