Suggest a better descriptionIn a skillet, cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in sage or poultry seasoning, salt, cinnamon and pepper. In a large mixing bowl combine bread cubes, peeled & chopped apple, walnuts and wheat germ. Add cooked onions. Drizzle with enough chicken broth to moisten, tossing lightly.
