Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything but cornflakes in a large bowl and season to taste. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with PAM and spread mixture in evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cornflakes. Bake for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
*Cooks SO much better if hasbrowns are completely thawed.
*Don't be afraid to add more liquids. I usually use almost 2 cups sour cream and a little more chicken broth. Also- you can't use too much cheese. I also use garlic powder and/or additional onion powder to taste.
