One of Mom's go-to recipes for taking to church, etc. ALWAYS gone in no time.
Combine the soup, milk and cream cheese. Mix in the potatoes. Pour into a greased or sprayed 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the foil, top with the cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
Mom likes to do this in the insert of a flat/casserole slow cooker insert (oven safe). Then she can move from the oven to the slow cooker to keep warm.
