Mix all casserole ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13 pan
Topping:Sprinkle cornflaked over potato mixture and drizzle with butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Make sure potatoes are completely thawed. I usually bake arounf 1 hour, covering if getting too brown.
