Preheat oven to 450. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Press the hash browns into pan to form a crust. Brush with melted butter. Bale for 25 mins. Turn down the oven to 350. Layer all the ingredients in the crust except the eggs and milk. Whisk the eggs and milk and pour it over the quiche. Bake 30-40 mins or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 6 generous helpings.
